Yes. You can upgrade from a Charter Card to Elite membership at any time, and any remaining prepaid hours transfer at their original rate. Downgrading is available at your next renewal date.
Charter Card hours are valid for 24 months from purchase. If you're approaching expiration, your account manager can discuss options including extensions or transfers.
Elite members can purchase supplemental flight hours at their locked-in rate, or sell unused hours back into the SkyReserve pool. This ensures you never pay for hours you don't use, and always have access when you need more.
Interchange lets Elite members switch aircraft categories on a per-trip basis. Flying solo to a meeting? Take a light jet. Family vacation? Upgrade to a large cabin. Your hours adjust based on the aircraft category you select.
Absolutely. All program members — and on-demand customers — have access to empty-leg inventory. Elite members get first priority on empty-leg alerts matching their preferred routes.
